Hyderabad Castings Limited was established in the year 1987 to cater the needs of Core Sectors like Cement, Mining , Mineral Pocessing, Construction, Power Generation ,  Paper and other Heavy Engineering Industries. Our Manufacturing Unit is situated about 25 KM from twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad in Andhra Pradesh State and connected by Road, Rail and Air with all major cities and Ports of India.

We manufacture to Indian and International specifications , BIS,  ASTM, JIS & DIN & BS) in Carbon Steel, Manganese Steel, Heat Resistant Steel, Corrosive Resistant Steel, Wear Resistant High Chrome Iron Nihard  , weighting upto 2000 Kgs. Per Piece weight with a volumetric dimension of 2.5 M x 3 M x 1.5 M.

We are having well qualified and experienced Technical Personnel and our unit is fully equipped with requisite facilities for quality production including Optical Emission Spectrometer (24 channels), Chemical Analysis Metallurgical Microscope / Universal Tensile Testing machine, Brinnel hardness Tester , Ultrasonic Tester, Testing Machine    Liquid penetrant facility and   Magnetic Particle Testing machined and other   Inspection facilities to meet the Inspection standards of M/s. Lloyds, EIL, PDIL & SGS   TPL & others

Our Induction Furnaces are having 6 crucibles of capacity: 500 Kgs. 2 Nos; 1000 Kgs. 1 No; 1500 Kgs. 1 No. ; 300 Kgs. 1 No. and 150 Kgs. 1 No.

We are manufacturing Castings by Sand Moulding, Investment Casting, Centrifugal & Shell Moulding processes. We are a single source of supply for all your casting needs.
